Short sales are a necessary evil in the real estate world. Period. There is plenty of blame to go around about why they can be so difficult to accomplish and it usually reverts back to it being the “banks fault”.

I think you are right, don’t do it if you are in a hurry. However, there are some good deals out there and if time is not a factor and you have a good agent to walk you through the process, it can work. Just be sure you have a good agent.
