I try to avoid working with homeowners who want to rent because they have no other option. Usually in that case it's only a matter of time before they default and the tenant gets run over. It really nice to look online and find houses and too see the prices so low. It is on the other hand a bit destabilizing to think that the housing market is affordable and available at the expense of others. Sidenote - It would be nice if the financial institutions could reimburse the money they were given. Similar to the way they give loans with interest. Nice.
