		<description>Actually Tony, all of the properties that I manage are owned by investors.  I try to avoid working with homeowners who want to rent because they have no other option.  Usually in that case it&#039;s only a matter of time before they default and the tenant gets run over.</description>

It really nice to look online and find houses and too see the prices so low.  It is on the other hand a bit destabilizing to think that the housing market is affordable and available at the expense of others.  

Sidenote - It would be nice if the financial institutions could reimburse the money they were given.  Similar to the way they give loans with interest.</description>
