Southeast Boise is definitely one of my favorite areas of town.  The fact that I live here should be enough to show how much I like it.  But, it's not!  Southeast Boise has so many natural amenities that most areas of the Valley are jealous about it.  You've got loads of Boise River Greenbelt access, Ridge to Rivers Trail head access, mature, successful subdivisions and public infrastructure that makes Meridian look like a bad joke.

New Southeast Boise Home For Sale!

Fortunately, not only do I like Southeast Boise, but I have an outstanding new listing in the area as well!  Just off Parkcenter Blvd., in the Pier Pointe Subdivision is 1402 Monterey.  It's a very well kept single level home with nice upgrades and a great price!

The Scoop

The owner of the home purchased it a few years ago and put loads of money into some quality updates with the intent to move into the home in the future.  In the interim, I have managed it for her as a rental with one of my best residents by far.  But, the owner has other things in mind and would like to sell it!  Now is the chance for you to get a great price on a solid Pier Point home in Southeast Boise!

On the Outside

The large family room has a fireplace, hearth and mantle that could burn either wood or gas.  The windows in the family room have been treated with custom built Plantation Shutters.

The overall location couldn't be better!  You are just a short walk to Baggley Park and just minutes by foot to the Boise River Greenbelt.  From Pier Pointe, you have transportation alternatives at your disposal.  You can quickly get downtown by car, bus or bicycle and even walk to shopping.  Bown Crossing is also just a short walk to enjoy all of the retail shops and restaurants.

Schools

If schools are important to you, rest assured that you're in some of the best, if not the best that Boise has to offer. The schools are Riverside Elementary, The brand new East Junior High and Timberline High.  Both Riverside and Timberline are within a very short and safe walking distance!

Southeast Boise continues to be one of the best places to live and I'd say that the numbers speak for themselves.  In 2009 Southeast Boise held it's value and has remained statistically one of Boise's best areas to live.

Southeast Boise should continue to be one of the higher demand areas thanks to the range of pricing in real estate, good transportation, safety, schools and an abundance of natural amenities.
